Behind every title and success story is a human being - longing for deeper connection, authenticity, and meaning. I continue to walk that journey myself.
I’m Sachin.
I was born in Southern India and raised by my single mother, along with my three sisters and grandmother. Growing up in a deeply conservative and religious environment shaped my sense of responsibility and resilience — but it also taught me how easy it is to lose yourself behind expectations.
I studied civil engineering, but it never felt aligned with who I was. Trusting that discomfort, I pursued an MBA degree in the UK to build a new path. My career has since taken me across the United States, the United Kingdom, and now, for more than a decade, the Netherlands, where Amsterdam is home.
From the outside, I had achieved what many would define as success — education, a strong corporate career, international experience. But inside, I often felt a disconnect: a sense that I was living life on autopilot, rather than from real presence and purpose. It became clear that success without inner alignment would never be enough.
Early on in my journey, I committed to doing the deeper inner work - exploring various practices, learning from top tier management schools in the west to monastries in the east. Along the way, it became evident idea that many of us move through the world wearing armor to protect ourselves. I recognized how often I had relied on my own armor: perfectionism, proving, pleasing. And I realized true leadership — and true living — meant learning to lead without armor.
My strive for deeper work has played significant role in my inner journey of self discovery, it has helped me in managing healthy relationships, setting clear boundaries, being kind and forgiving towards myself and others, to lead, coach and mentor people I work with, and more importantly to embrace life without constant triggers and reactiveness.
Today, alongside my corporate career, I am committed to supporting other individual contributors, team leaders and entrepreuners in doing the same: removing the armor, reconnecting with their humanity, and leading with presence, courage, and heart.
